Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and joining.
Draft, publish, and manage technical job descriptions across IT job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant sourcing channels.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other sourcing tools.
Understand and clearly articulate technical job requirements to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and create shortlists for various IT roles.
Conduct interviews using structured, behavioral, and basic technical assessment methods.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role expectations, interview feedback, and hiring timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and professional talent network.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably in service-based or IT hiring.
Strong understanding of software development and technology roles.
Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
High level of tenacity with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
