Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their cloud infrastructure needs, and guiding them through the process of migrating to Google Cloud. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to leads provided by Google, introducing them to the benefits of Google Cloud over AWS or Azure.
  • Client Consultation: Understand clients' current cloud infrastructure and business needs, and present tailored migration solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure clients' technical requirements are met during the migration process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in the technology or cloud services industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
