Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our enterprise B2B SaaS growth. This role involves driving high-value sales, building and mentoring a top-performing team, and expanding into new markets. You'll work closely with Product and Marketing to align strategy, manage a strong sales pipeline, and close complex deals with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for Wohlig.
- Drive enterprise sales in the B2B SaaS space, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Create and manage a predictable sales pipeline through CRM tools and performance metrics.
- Negotiate and close complex deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.Experience in leading and scaling sales teams across geographies.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer journey.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Prior experience working in a growth-stage tech company is a plus.
